Thomas (Tom) A. Swindell

Thomas Swindell became the CEO of AAMCORE Inc. in August 2007.  In recent years, Tom was involved in one of Hawaii's first  venture capital firms where he was involved in six start-up businesses serving as the CEO, Senior Managing Partner or COO/EVP for each endeavor. Prior to running his venture businesses, Tom was the Executive Vice President of Universal Systems & Technology Inc. (UNITECH) where he led UNITECH from $25 million to $70 million in sales. Prior to UNITECH, Tom served as Program Manager for Vanstar International overseeing $100 million dollars in responsibility. Tom also served as Program Director for Resource Consultants, Inc. and concurrently served as Managing Director of Rasintech, Inc. (A Russian based aviation company). He brings over 40 years of leadership experience to AAMCORE Inc.  His experience ranges managing financial and operational issues for technology companies, to high ranking military commands overseeing multibillion-dollar programs across international boundaries. Tom received his B.S./B.A. from Northwestern State University, a M.A. from the United States Naval War College in National Security Affairs, and he holds a M.P.A./M.A. from Center Michigan University in Public Administration and Community Leadership and he has completed his course work for his PhD in Business Leadership at Capella University.  He is an active member of ASIS, AUSA, VFW, and IAF.  

He has been previously recognized in Who’s Who of International Technology Professionals.
David (Dave) A. Jackson

David Jackson became the CFO/EVP of AAMCORE Inc. in August 2007.  Dave has more than 42 years of executive level experience in financial and accounting management.  Dave began his career as a CPA for a large international firm.  He has served in various leadership positions responsible for the daily financial management for a host of companies. His hands on knowledge of operational budget requirements enable him to run the number one branch of CTI on the East Coast, Prior to CTI, Dave served as a Director for Freddie Mac for 17 years where he managed a variety of accounting and systems software implementations.  Additionally, while at Freddie Mac he was on the Sarbanes/Oxley (SOX) implementation team.  He has served as the CFO for Loan America where he was responsible for converting a $2.7B loan-servicing program to a CPI servicing system. Dave has also served as the CFO at Market Street Mortgage where he was responsible for the company loan serving operation.   As the COO at Cal America Savings and Loan, Dave increased the growth of the company from $17M to over $400M in total deposits.  Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University as well as MBA classes in Finance from the University of Utah.   

Dave is also a Certified Public Accountant.
